Horrible experience
There customer service and product is garbage and the material is over priced. Everything about the machine is a lie. 1000 for something that does nothing.

Resolved: Premumn subscription
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I cancelled on the last day of my free trial period on 4/25/24, and yet I was charged $239.00 for the premium subscription. I have written regarding it and not received any response. I did not receive advance notice that I would be billed on the final day of my trial period, I should have not been billed until 4/26/24.
