Glow bowl will not contact me about a refund and the products do not work!!!!!!!!!!

Products do not work and very cheaply made!!! I have an elderly woman who is disabled and has a very limited income I saved it for three minutes just so I can order more than one product to get and give as gifts. They should be held liable for false advertising and taking advantage of customers!!!

User's recommendation: Do not waste your money!!!!!!!

I called the customer service number 4 times twice it picked up and hung up on me and the other two times it said your number cannot be completed as dialed. I am extremely upset seeing as i have been billed for my order and i ordered on May 22,2022 and havent received any communication as to where my order is at or if it has even shipped yet.

Ordered almost 2 months ago. Billed the day I ordered and have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! No email text call nothing. Still Have not received my order.
