I have tried contacted someone at Glowbowl no answer emailed multiple times and still no response.
Never received order from Jan 25th. I have emailed about 5 or times.
I just want my money back. Horrible customer service.

- - Ordered two 3-packs (six lights) but only two arrived.
- - I have photos and the packing slip as proof.
- - Five emails about the issue were ignored.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I got a phone number for GlowBowl from one of your subscribers that took me to one of the supervisors who replaced my entire order in a relatively short while. Thank you.
I have tried calling the number that you provided but either there isn't any answer or just a busy signal that goes on for hours and then nothing. You suggested that I contact a lawyer, but I can't afford something like that, and the idea that someone has "stolen" my money makes me want to vomit.
Please, are there any other solutions that you can suggest? Thank you

- - Ordered Nov 28; tracking shows label created two weeks ago with no pickup, and shipping claims for Nov 30, 2022, but it was never picked up.
Ordered Nov 28. Shipping tracking is invalid as it supposedly was shipped in November 30 2022.
Its been 2 weeks since that shipping label was created .
The tracking was only a label was created BUT it never was picked up by carrier. Besides I live 10 miles from your supposed location and am going to report you to FTC

Products do not work and very cheaply made!!! I have an elderly woman who is disabled and has a very limited income I saved it for three minutes just so I can order more than one product to get and give as gifts. They should be held liable for false advertising and taking advantage of customers!!!

- - Called four times; two answered then hung up, two said the number cannot be dialed; billed for May 22, 2022 order with no status or shipping update.
I called the customer service number 4 times twice it picked up and hung up on me and the other two times it said your number cannot be completed as dialed. I am extremely upset seeing as i have been billed for my order and i ordered on May 22,2022 and havent received any communication as to where my order is at or if it has even shipped yet.
