This is in reference of order number 546184. I never received the product nor a refund. Carrier return product as damaged and delivery was never attempted. I sent several emails and got no response.

my package said i was delivered but its not here. i tried to get a hold of the shipping company but its hard to get a hold of a actual person instead of an ai. i was wondering if i could get a replacement or a refund.
