Their support desk replied to my first email with a tracking link which states that they failed to deliver on 11 January 2019 after office hours at my work. Then why have they not tried again during office hours? Support desk hasn't answered my follow-up email.
Where in the endless abyss is my package floating around?! Are they a scam?!

I've ordered two pairs of Gentle Deshedding Glove, but did not get my package because of the fault of the local post office. They said that the address was no valid.
But obviously it was correct, I've ordered many things to this address without any issue. I wrote the support that I did not get my package. They said, if I pay the reshipping fee, they will send it. Well, I did not want to pay extra, so I replied I would like to get a refund.
