Need help
I needed to talk to someone about when we have our books blocked off it still letting people book an appointment. But after telling me the wait was no longer than 5 minutes I sit on hold going on 30 minutes and I dont have time to do that so I had to hang up. With no help we need that fixed because we are busy but dont have time to wait

Won't let me put code into app
I wasn't able to download your product. Then you sent me to a third party to help set it up.
They had no idea what I was talking about. They charged me and I had to request a refund. Your customer service is terrible.
I went with another company that actually walked me through the process. wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
