I was having difficulty redeeming points on the app. The points disappeared and I had no idea where they went.
I called the store and they ended up filling the order over the phone and finding the points in my account. They were very helpful.

All is good. A good place to eat. Points were not added to our account but when I called they corrected the issue.

Screw ups all the time
Made an order via Internet. Had to call store location to have the order delayed.
I was told that they already started making it within just a couple minutes that it could not be delayed. I had to speak with the manager. The manager said fine.
I pick up the food check the food and my wifes burger is cold. I bring it back inside.
The manager supposedly fixes the order. I checked the temperature of the food. It seemed okay at that time. I left, then I got home then I find out that my wifes fries that I paid for were not in the order.
Then later on in the middle of the morning, my wife got sick with diarrhea. Ive been coming here often and on for many many years through many managers and through many staff. The last visit was actually OK but now were back to making mistake mistakes again.
This has been constant for many many many years and it needs to stop. Im gonna send a letter to your owners.

Love glory days food and service
Did not have issue except could not sign I n but now resolved server helped me fix it. I recommend glory day to all my friends.

Habitual bullying and drunk off duty bartender
known habitual bully at the 2567 John Milton Dr, Herndon, Va location
flipped Rose the bartender the middle finger while yelling at her to *** This dude and Kevin the off duty bartender are always blasted drunk. Then they drive.
Nobody could get them to leave until I confronted them about their drunkenness.
Theres kids that had to witness the *** Ill never go back. Bathrooms stink to high heaven as well.
Preferred solution: Nothing. I’ll never return to the Herndon location. North Point Reston location is spotless. Herndon location bathroom will make a person barf. Always very unsanitary and nasty.

Menu change unsatisfied
I am Not happy that you have removed the shrimp and fish tacos from the menu. Please bring them back to be offered any day of the week rather than just taco Tuesday

Horrible customer service
Yesterday my family and I went to Glory Days at lunchtime (Bruce B Downs New Tampa). We stood at the host station for over 5 minutes without ever being approached by an employee.
A customer came over and told us we should seat ourselves like his group had to do. So we did. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes without anyone approaching us. My dil got up, found a server, told her we hadn't been waited on and she said "that's what you get for seating yourself.
We never seat anyone at that table.
" we all got up and left and will never go back. The server was a young blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail.

Why place an order, only to call 120 seconds later, asking that it not be made right away? You stated "I pick up the food check the food" (nice grammar), but you failed to notice the missing fries?
Now you state your wife is sick and you are blaming this on the restaurant. Where is your medical documentation to prove the food caused your wife to become sick?
Learn how to order food when you arrive to the location and learn how to thoroughly check orders before leaving the restaurant. Maybe your wife or one of your kids, if you have any, needs to handle these tasks.
OP sounds like a moron. Someone needs to restrict his devices to not accept payment information.
