Horrible customer service
Yesterday my family and I went to Glory Days at lunchtime (Bruce B Downs New Tampa). We stood at the host station for over 5 minutes without ever being approached by an employee. A customer came over and told us we should seat ourselves like his group had to do. So we did. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes without anyone approaching us. My dil got up, found a server, told her we hadn't been waited on and she said "that's what you get for seating yourself. We never seat anyone at that table. " we all got up and left and will never go back. The server was a young blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail. User's recommendation: Beware
