Unfair and deceptive return policy.
RUN AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE I purchased a jacket. Went through the return steps to obtain a refund to my credit card.
They are claiming I can only get a gift card to buy something else from Glory Connection.
I want my money refunded. This was never stated in their policy which is their intentional SCAM

I was chatting about it with your customer service and was directed to a technician who asked for my payment to join at $55.00 a month.
I do not want to join anything.
I just want my credit as was promised.

I've been waiting on my order for over a month no shipment date. I sent an email nothing.

I ordered a jacket and it was too small for my size, I returned and paid for the shipment with my own cost. The return is store credit only
Now, I am trying to reorder my returned credit, but unfortunately, it doesn't let me go through. I lost $275,00 by purchasing and returning my order because I am not able to use my credit with the company.

Frustrated waiting for a refund
I purchased a dress on line and was disappointed with the quality and description. I requested a refund and the process was awful.
I had to send an email requesting the return along with uploading a photo.
The return was sent immediately and now it is almost two weeks and I have sent another email asking about my return and no one responds. Not using this site again

She stated that she emailed shipping to have it experdited...went online to ck my order..5 days Katerina still not processed. I asked fir a refund of the dress at 142.00 and no response.
I want my money back. Never use thus place soooo many bad reviews.
