Glorriay refused to refund or deliver my lawnchair

I ordered a lawnchair in Aug. 2021. I NEVER received the lawnchair. I NEVER received a refund. I have emailed Glorriay several times with no answer except to tell me it was delivered to my mailbox in Aug. 2021.
