I bought my car from Glockner in September. Due to holidays, financial hardships and very recently gaining sole custody of my two children I called to see if there was anything I could do financially to lower my payment or if they could do anything to work with me considering my payments are almost $400 a month.
A simple no I'm sorry would have sufficed since I was not being irrational or rude.
The lady I spoke with was very rude, she said she couldn't see what could have changed we all have kids and we all have bills and that "maybe you should have thought of that before you came in here and signed a contract." As a consumer I would expect to be talked to with some respect no matter what I'm calling in for. I will no longer do business with this company after my vehicle is paid off.
