Cant log in and i never logged out
I cant log in to get my camera visible on my phone. I have never logged out worked perfectly fine for the last 3 weeks.until i went to visit my camera screen on app this morning and i was logged out.
I am not sure why all of a sudden I can only review footage on 1 device Instead of my two devices. I never logged out of either device.
My icon home name of camera is also not linked anymore. That's how I found out my account was logged out on one device.
Preferred solution: Help with logging back in on both devices again Instead of just one device.

Major issues with their app
With every update, more and more crashes on more devices and now features of the app are no longer working.! For example, local temp to trigger events, never ever worked.
And now dusk to dawn somehow has failed this company and their devices.
It is insanity to constantly change things just for the sake of change. If it's not broken, then DON'T FIX IT.

Buyer beware of globe electric
shame on me for buying more than a dozen of these ( http://globe-electric.com/product/3-in-1-sleek-security-led-night-light/ ) just under 2 years ago. only 2 still have decent brightness, the rest either started flickering or went very very dim.
i guess this company is doing well enough that they don't need repeat customers. will have to replace this product but you can be sure it won't be made by globe electric.
too bad this company thinks it's ok to sell garbage like this. i should not have to buy just one to try it out but i guess with this company i should have.
