Very poor customer service!
Ok, this has happened again! Just wanted to report about another case that happened today; this time I am missing $10, which was paid to your bank but never received in my account.
Is the company a scam or is the quality of the service? Last time I waited almost a month and never received official apologies or compensation!

Payment.
I deposited money into my Globbing account in Uzbekistan, but the funds have not been credited. Globbing Uzbekistan has not resolved the issue for 10 days. I have already sent them the receipt and all the necessary information confirming that the payment went through.

Hello dear Globbing support service, I ordered a parcel from the USA, which was delivered to the Globbing warehouse on December 13, 2023. According to the conditions specified on the Globbing website, the delivery time for parcels from the USA is approximately 5 to 10 days from the moment the goods arrive at the Globbing USA warehouse.
Today is January 4, 2024, I still have not received the product. When asked to connect with the responsible employee of the Globbing Uzbekistan office, the contact center categorically makes excuses for this request. P.S. This package was ordered as a gift to relatives on the eve of the New Year.
Due to non-fulfillment of delivery conditions, I was forced to buy goods in Tashkent using additional funds. In connection with the above, I ask the Management (director) to assist in obtaining compensation, otherwise I will be forced to contact local competent authorities or international competent authorities to resolve this issue.
