Dismal, full of lies, manipulation and not even being kind enough to answer me. I would recommend any other company above this.

Hello, Global Work and Travel. After two days of frantically trying to reach anyone at your company with very little response I am not only disgusted by the company, but interested in legal action.

When Jordan called me in the late evening on the 7th I was agreed with when asking about your company being reccomended by the Canadian government which it is not, told to lie about my marijuana and drinking history, not informed that this service isn't refundable and not even sent the terms and conditions until it was too late due to technical difficulties, not like a person can read them on the phone! All of this, to a 19 year old cancer survivor who cannot promise my cancer won't come back. Jordan knew this, and still lied to me saying canceling wasn't even possible. When I finally got my only response all day on the emergency line (which he told me had never even been used, immediately my trip coordinator exposed this as another lie!) I was told I could cancel and wait up to a week to even hear back.

I cannot believe this is moral, nevermind legal. I am absolutely horrified.

Dates weren't given to me until I paid a deposit

Hi. I was enquiring about a working holiday in Canada so I paid the £1 deposit.

It didn't tell me when I'd be leaving for Canada until I paid that deposit.

I'd like to cancel it for now and I'll reconsider some other time. I don't want the £1 back I just want to have time to think about it because it's a huge decision and have this trip canceled for now until I am completely sure what I want to do
