Reschedule booking
Agent is avoiding speaking to the clients and avoid to talk to the airline for rescheduling tickets. The clients are stuck in India and the flight are within in next 24 hours
Airlines are asking us to rebook the travel date for no charge as the client are ready to travel, and the airline is not given clearance and agent is trying to sell the clients new ticket
The Airline quota was max out for the flights booked and has asked the travel agent to rebook as he is avoiding speaking to either of them to sort out the issue
Worst nightmare you can have when you rely on such travel agent and company to follow up. The tickets were booked through Global travel, and they are the only once who can rebook as we have checked with Airlines as all the correspondence has to be done travel company please to everyone I will say be aware they are a con-artists working in this company
