Global Net Media is a total rip off
One of their salespeople called me on 3/30/2015 promising that i would get ads on first page of google search engines in 3 different local markets to get leads for my Real Estate business and also a website they would create. It sounded too good to be true for 139.00 and i fell for it. There were never any ads in google and no website. I called to cancel and they refuse to let me cancel for a refund claiming that they did what they said they would do. I kept looking for those google ads and never were there. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge for which they gave me a temporary credit that later came back to hunt me. They sent all kinds of documents to my credit card company that had nothing to do with my case and what they promised. Please read the Rip Off reports and do not let them convince you otherwise.

I made the mistake of accepting their offer. I asked them 3 times on the "recorded call" is it easy to cancel? They told yes, not questions ask, just call and speak to can account manager. I called a week before and was on hold 15 minutes, called back and was cut off. Tried calling again and was on hold again. Even though they give you no way to email them I replied to one of their emails to me that said do not respond. I emailed that I wanted to cancel my service. They called when they got my email and said they needed to speak to me on the phone, but of course had to transfer me to an account manager. Again I was on hold for 15 minutes. I assumed since they had it in writing that would be good. No they billed me. When I called irate, really irate, then the account manager came to the phone. Of course, they billed me again. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general, and the BBB in CA. My credit card will not do a chargeback because they use the email that said you had to call to cancel. I will not let this drop! I will fight them until I get my refund! I have contacted an attorney about a class action lawsuit. They use several different names for their company.

I would like to fight this company too, I had the same experience. Unfortunately i was *** enough not to check my credit card bills and assumed they had cancelled.
I will also fight this fraudulent company. They insist you call so you have no record, then they email you rubbish that you can not reply to in writing.
