Hi there Ive been sent to a dirty room I. Asked customer service to help out they tell me to call back than no one answers I could have been stuck on the streets or the police station I am in a dirty room especially during covid . No one is answering my calls.

My cancelled reservation

I booked a stay at Global luxury suites in Miami, Fl on 1-21-20 and on 3-16 I called Global to cancel my reservation. The booking was because my family and I were going on a Disney cruise from Miami and Disney cancelled the cruise because of the Coronavirus. Global is refusing to refund my money and I believe I’m owed a refund because it was thru no fault of my own the reservation was cancelled. I am a 64 year old woman with diabetes and heart disease and there’s NO WAY I was traveling to Miami during a pandemic! I would like my $427.80 back!
