PLEASE AVOID THIS TRAVEL COMPANY

Myself & 21 seniors booked a trip to Cuba in January of this year. We missed our connecting flight from Miami to San Francisco due to negligence of their tour guide. The company denied any fault & will not compensate for the added cost of a new air ticket, hotel & meals. They are not registered with TCRC as are most reputable travel agencies in California. They are also not registered with the BBB of Sacramento. Their Cuban brochure is misleading and their tour guide in Cuba (the president of the company) was unprofessional and unorganized. Don't make the mistake that I did, check-out your travel company before booking a trip.
