I will never call them again!
I called them to fix my air condition, which they literally put about 1 year ago. I got a response that they changed their service area and that I should call another service to fix it, even though I have a guaranty for 2 years for them to come and fix it whenever I had problems.
Robert Mafes, the owner of Global Cooling even told me that my guaranty expired, lying to me and making me a fool.
Terrible company, terrible management, terrible customer service! Never again!

Overpriced and low quality service! Charging $420 for a $20 part!
Insane! They charged me $420 for a part I can buy for $20!
I had a bill of $550 for a lousy service from an inexperienced technician who spent half of the time talking on the phone and asking for instructions on how to fix an AC! Moreover, he was acting so rude! It seems to me that this whole company is a total scam! How can you charge someone for a part that can be easily found for $20?
I just don't get it. Thanks for the bad experience.
I learned my lesson! Never again!!
