Extremely disappointed in workmanship

Extremely disappointed with this company.Our salesman never followed up after the instal. The installer never returned to finish the job.
We had several drawers that would not self close...we fixed them. We had drawers that were crooked and would not close...we fixed them. Pencil marks are visible on the handles. One drawer is rough finished...yet they installed it.
There are cracks and putty. Island leg trim was not finished and painted. I had several discussions about a trash drawer that was paid for but not received. The installer improvised and I had to buy my own trash bins.
There are still drawers that do not completely close. There are missing shelves. After several months we still have not heard from our salesman. I finally got a call from a service person.
He did come out and look at the job. I asked him to have the owner contact me. I have heard nothing. Avoid this company!Avoid.
The company is now concentrating on home builder jobs. They do not care about individual customers.
