Refuses to contact FedEx to give them my address
Air France lost my luggage and ultimately found it. They gave it to Global Baggage Solutions.
This company was responsible to give it to FedEx so it can be delivered to my house. Global baggage solutions have only my name , city and zip code but of course its incomplete address therefore my package is sitting in my hometown but FedEx cannot deliver my luggage. Air France contacted them 3 times a day to call FedEx and update my address for the past 7 days and they never responded to Air France nor called FedEx. The only means of communication is by email to which they wont respond.
FedEx tells me that only the shipper can correct an address therefore I am stuck. I dont know how to get in touch with them anymore because they wont respond to my emails nor to Air France emails.
Please help me . Thank you!
