Poor service

Bought my fourth vehicle from Global and this is a bad experience which now I will not come back

to Global. Vehicle was serviced with a defected part and now being told you sold that franchise

and I would have to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced and hope they cover it.

I

believe you knew all along this was defective and had no intentions of fixing this correctly

until that part of your business was sold. I cannot get this vehicle inspected. I bought this in good

faith. Service manager will not even return calls and I left him my number multiple times.

The part and service will cost a thousand or more and of course you do not want to fix it.

I cannot let this go and

will get the papers to take this to small claims court or whatever they recommend also the lien

holder. Will not recommend Global to anyone and knew there would be trouble when two independent

repair shops who ran a diagnostics said it should go back to global because they did the service

but said good luck in trying to get global to fix it.

1)) I bought a 2017 CERTIFIED GMC TERRAIN on 11/20/2018. Four days later I got the car disabled in the middle of the road! When I called the dealership, the salesman was so rude and told me to call service or road assistance which I did with no one to answer! I left a message to everyone working there but they never got back to me!

2)) I was out of town so couldn't go to the dealership tell today 12/26, they did check the car and told me there a sensor (on a back order) should be replaced but they don't know when it's gonna be available!

3)) it's 3:00pm and I'm still waiting in the dealership since 10:00am!

4)) I was discussing the extra money they charged me (ripped me off) in price, MVC fees, GAP insurance, vehicle theft protection warranty with Tom *** who got to the point he couldn't answer, he rudely kicked me out of his office!

5)) The CERTIFIED car they give me has too many problems and no one has ever checked it! They just advertise it as certified to ripe you off!

6)) Struts are terrible!

7)) brake pads and rotors are bad!

8)) with all the money I ripped off, they refused to give me a complimentary full tank!

9)) please stay far away from salesman Michael Wytte, and the whole dealership!

10)) Finally, I will take them to the court and I already talked to a lawyer. Thank God we have a great Justice to such people..

You have proved that "certified" is worthless for all makes and models, not just yours.

Global is a shady and unprofessional establishment

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My family and I came to Global Auto Mall with the intent of purchasing a used car. We were first greeted by the employee Ken "Guy" Harris who toured us around a used 2016 Volkswagen Jetta.

He provided us with his phone number to contact him. We initially reached out to him to express our interest in the car and place an offer on it. He answered and told us he would call us back in 30 minutes. Over 12 hours later we never heard back from him.

The following morning received a text from his number telling us that it was him, we responded and never heard back from him. This is extremely unprofessional and extremely suspicious. If you go to this establishment do not work with Ken Harris. The following day we returned to Global to pursue the car, since we never heard back from our salesman.

When we entered the facility we were greeted by Jhon Pierre. JP once again toured us around the car we had been pursuing and allowed us to test drive it. We told him we would like to purchase the car. He then escorted us inside to his desk where we began to go over paperwork regarding purchasing the vehicle.

He then excused himself to discuss a topic with his manager. He returns and proceeds to inform us that the car was in the process of being sold to one of Global's employees. It is easy to assume that the deal was done behind our back, during the time we were essentially ignore by our salesman. We spoke to the manger of the establishment he proceeded to tell us that we should have moved faster on the car, when in reality we made a move only an hour and a half later from viewing it.

Global auto mall does not prioritize their customers. Global is a conniving and unprofessional establishment that no customer desiring a simple and honest vehicle purchase should turn to. I am aware this is extremely long but this is not the conclusion of the ill experience with Global. That night we received a call from JP telling us that the employee had backed out on the car and that it was available.

We made a plan tor return to Global the following day at 3pm to purchase the vehicle. The following day, only 30 minutes before we were planned to meet with Jp, he sends us the text that the employee did indeed purchase the vehicle. John Pierre is uninformed and extremely unprofessional, along with the manger of the establishment.

I will not recommend Global Auto Mall to anyone and I am writing this review in order to spare an experience this from any other car seekers. Thank you for reading.

Global Auto Mall Customer Care Review

Horrible customer service . They sell you a good story at first then they fail to follow thru promptly.

They don't respond to messages and don't give any answers unless you go in and confront them face to face. And even then they always have an excuse . Really disappointing when they preach to be honest & professional but they result to be otherwise . They lied to our faces to keep & kept money from a trade in.

Made up lies about non exsistant fee's then apologied made excuses offered a check . Now almost over 2 weeks later still haven't received any check . Not to mention that the car we traded in is still parked at another dealer . We are now getting calls saying we will have to pay storage fee's but yet global was supposed to have picked the car up about a month ago.

There are many more complaints about our unpleasant expierence with this dealer . I recommend no one to purchase from them . There's never a manager on site .

The excuse is he's on vacation possibly a permanent by the looks of it . Horrible horrible horrible service .

Chevrolet Cruze Review

We were lied to by our salesperson. We were told we were buying a certified preowned, one of the only requirements we had for our used car.

After the check engine light came on after only 4 months and we brought the car in to be fixed were we told it was not a certified preowned!

Basically, the salesman lied and all information on the car was false. Now, were stuck with a worthless car.

Ripped off

I went for a oil change and to have them check a knocking noise in there rear, they were addament it ws the brakes. I agreed to have them done, they had the car all day said it would be ready @2, got there it wasnt didn't leave until 430.

before leaving they took the car for a test drive only to say it didnt sound right had to re-do, mechanic got help from another mechanic only to get it leave and turn around and go right back knocking still there, mechanic goes for test drive with me and immediately say no its not the brakes.

Gave me a loaner only for me to drive out and 5 minutes later Mike, the Director called back to say the other mechanic says the sway bar was not there who removed it. I purchased my car new in 2006 and have taken it back time and time again for the same knocking sound and any other problems/service i needed Global did it no one els but now only to spend $600 on brakes I did not need for them to tell me a sway bar is missing that I don't think was ever there.

Failed to fid my van. Didn't order part. Took my money. Gave no refund

This company starts out trying to squeeze you for over $1,000 when you come there. They have no intention of doing the work that you ask for.

They didn't fix my van. I paid cash..but they did not even order the part. Then they refused to give a refund. It's been 2 months ...no refund and the better business bureau doesn't help.

I've contacted consumer affairs.

I later found out that the work that they said they did and charged me for labor and parts...well they didn't do. I had to pay another dealer all over.

Some *** stole my CD's

I went to Global Auto Mall today for my 1st service. When I got my car back, some *** had stolen my CD case and 30 CD's which I has left on the front seat.

When I confronted the service manager about the theft, he said "too bad", and left little hope of resolving the theft.

There are only a few guys who could have done it. I will never be back to this dealer, and will make every effort to ensure they get a black eye over this. If they cared, they would find out who did it and get my CD's back.

They are worth over $300.

What do you expect from a car dealership that's owned by a couple of lawyers? Can anything ethical come from a couple of lawyers, specially if they own a car dealership?

Please! Be happy they only stole your CDs.

Poor customer service

i bought used car a little over a year ago and it has been in shop for same thing over six times. The first time being within first 30 days.

Never afford a different car or a loaner car to drive. At first was being charged for service til i protested.

Once i went to pick up my car and they had badly damaged my bumper ( was gouged the length of it). Finaly got it fixed 2 months later and had to ask for car to drive.

They rented one which i had to wait an hour for and i had to pay $50. Wish there was a way i could get out of doing business with them. They are causing me to miss work.

They seem to be incompetent and do not care.

I agree that the mechanics and the other staff at Global Auto Mall are incompetent. I told them i needed a new power steering pump and wanted it changed.

Instead they decided they wanted to go after $1200 by trying to get me to change my timing belt and something else that wasn't even having a problem.

Then they ordered a part that i paid them for but they didn't put it on my van. Yet 2 months i still have not gotten a refund for it.

Global Auto Maull - Hyundai

We went to look at a new Santa Fe. Salesman Lenny...what a piece of work.

He took our car keys under the premise of letting the shop do an estimate on trade in. After I told them we were through shopping and wanted to leave, he refused to give my keys back. He offered nothing but excuses ("the shop has them, my manager has them, I have to speed with my manager first, etc.).

I will NEVER shop at Global again - all because Lenny is not to be trusted.

I can't believe they employ such a rude salesman.

They wouldn't follow Kia's direct request to help a customer. They wouldn't help the customer to fix the issue.

They wouldn't trust customer's complaint about a car. They will take you to illusionist world to make you believe that you are a *** yourself and there is no issue with the car in the first place. Finally they don't know anything about really supporting their customers.

They are heading to downward growth both on sales and support. Just buy a car from them if you can get a good deal, but don't expect any after sales support.

Guest

if you think that is something. While i was there i overheard one of the workers tell another worker that a customer brought her car in for an oil change.

they drained the oil but forgot to put the new oil back in. that day the customer had brought her car in because the engine just stopped working while she was driving and made this noise. She though she had a flat tire.

Now her engine I'm sure is ruined. But i bet they won't tell her it's their fault.

I totally relate to Not A Happy Consumer. They pulled the same *** with us-unfortunately we hung on for 6 cars & referral 'cos of the great finance guy!

Global Service is incompetent-have had a prob w/09 jeep since day 1 & they totally f*d us today-Global could care less about cust. loyalty. We were trying to turn in jeep (had 3 options) & they refused all 3 pre-arrangements. Sales & mgmt is just as screwed up.

Don't trust them-we learned too late.Good for you & your spreadsheet-wish we had thought of that!

They lost a good cust. Words speak volumes!!

They will try to scam you and *** you! They are very rude and arrogrant....BE AWARE!!!

They will not even tell you how much they are selling you the car for, they just come back with a piece of paper that tells you your monthly payments - when you ask what they are selling you the car for they proceed to get very defensive! Also , When I pulled out my own excel spreadsheet and I started to compute the numbers myself, they told me we are done here.

They had no idea I was a smart woman with a MBA. Go to Rt 22 Nissian - much BETTER NO GAMES!!!
