Global Alert travel insurance - don't do it!

After working with 2 different reps from Global Alert, walking through the details of their insurance policy, I followed their advice and paid for the coverage they told me I would need. Unfortunately for me, I had to use the policy and was DENIED based solely on what their own reps told me to purchase! So, I am out the money for the insurance, the money I paid for the trip and all because I did what THEY told me to do. If you need travel insurance go with a different company and be very, very careful! Like all insurance, they just want your money and do not want to pay up.
