I got sick n will not be returning stop trying to take my money from me I wanted cancelled I called two weeks ago no one cancelled it there still trying to takey money o do not wanna come back so cancel please as of right now no more messages just stop it ty I appreciate it please just stop my card thanks

Tanning beds have gotten weaker over time

I have been a member at Glo Tan on and off for almost 3 years now and have referred more than 8 others to check it out and almost all of them signed up for a membership as well. Not only that but I also have taken any opportunity to verbally praise the company and tell folks about their great prices and all the services they offer that are covered under their membership at no additional cost.

However, my husband and I (he and I share a family membership there) have begun to notice that since we first became members, the quality of the tanning beds have gone steadily downhill and we are no longer the happy, satisfied customers we once were. They do offer spa services, including; red light therapy stand up bed, a cocoon that helps to eliminate water weight and has a targeted red light for problem areas while you're in the cocoon and a skin wellness spa bed that hydrates your skin and helps it to tan 25% faster; they also offer spray tans and 6 different levels of regular tanning beds. However, their regular tanning beds have been steadily going downhill since we joined as members almost 3 years ago. It's almost as if they just don't change their bulbs out any more or something because my husband and I decided to try a $5 Tuesday tan special at LA Tan just to see how their beds were, and what we discovered was that we got more color from that one session than we had gotten this whole year so far going to Glo Tan!

Even though the membership prices are super affordable at Glo Tan, (we pay $110 a month for the 2 of us and can use unlimited services that they offer for that price), there's not much point in going to a tanning place if you aren't able to see a visible tan after a few visits! I am extremely unsatisfied and am going to give it until the end of this month and if the beds don't get a lot stronger after I speak to management about the problem once again, then I won't be going back and will go get a tanning membership that really works elsewhere.

Preferred solution: I would like for them to change their bulbs more regularly and or upgrade their tanning beds in order for customers to be able to get results without having to tan every day, in the strongest bed, on the highest setting for the full time allowed.
