Service interruptions

I have had this service for two months. The first issue was the router, which had to be switched out in the same week after installation due to a malfunction.

This is the second service interruption in two months since switching from Cox. Tech support is hard to reach after hours. You have to go through multiple people and callbacks to schedule an appointment. There's no guarantee they will come out after 5 p.m., but they try to accommodate when possible, if you can ever get an appointment.

The communication between the technician, consumer, and company is subpar.

Nevertheless, the technicians do a good job. The internet is fast when it works.

Sites wont load ,speed is olnt 12mbps vs 600 mbps.

They had a maintenance window,. After service resumed, sites crashed, downloads failed .severe latency.stick with Comcvaststick with Comcast
