I bought a GLI cover for my pool. I was in the middle of covering it for the winter. I pulled out the cover and opened it to find some of the rings were smashed and others were no longer on the cover where they were suppose to be. I had to put it on like that because of several reasons. 1. You cant get the cover back in the box to take it back once its open and 2. In the middle of winterizing, it takes so long that you dont want to stop and driving back to exchange it to hear there is a warranty on it, you just want to finish covering your pool.3 you shouldnt have to worry about a brand new cover and a warranty. I could not get pictures of the smashed rings because they ended up on under the deck, but again I should not have to do any of this with a brand new cover!

Way above &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; beyond!!! Exceeded my every expectation for customer service! Corey was unbelievably helpful and bent over backwards to try and assist! HIGHLY recommend these guys!! I needed a part and the website wasn't specific enough. Corey called me, helped browse and even sent me a PDF with instructions.

I recently purchased a new pool with a GLI liner. Within a few days the entire pool started to leak badly. I contacted GLI and they said they would replace with a similiar (defective?) liner but would NOT cover the cost of the water replacement($600) or the LABOR to re-install it. Customer service is rude and difficult to deal with. They just want to e-mail you and give you the run around. Very Poor customer service.Stay Away if you can

Metal tubes were to have predrilled hold and markings to guide installation. The customer received 3 metal tubings with no predrilled holes or markings. Instructions were vague.
