- - I was told all fees were mine, but bills appeared and they blamed a 'crack in the system'.
- - Avoid this place for ethics concerns and surprise bills.
AWFUL experience.
Went there on July. Paid all necessary fees and was reassured that "is all from my part".
Surprised bill came 3 month later with note that I am "late on my payments".
When I ask how this happened got lame excuse about " crack in the system". Paid that time and made a mistake go to that place again for my 6 month free cleaning.
got another surprise bill ( two visits two surprise bills so far !)
Insurance said that "claim from office came with different code ".
AVOID this place if you looking honest business with ethics and don't want to have surprise bills with every single visit.
Preferred solution: send to the insurance code for regular free 6 month cleaning, refund $ 97 dollars on surprise billing for July 2019 visit
