BEWARE!!! Glenleven Chrysler WILL SCAM YOU!!!
- - Charged $500 for a battery not needed; reviewer says they were scammed.
- - Cooling check charged; coolant drained; engine failed next day.
I took my vehicle to get fixed there in Oakville and I got scammed. They told me that I needed a battery when I didn't.
I paid $500.00 for nothing!! On top of that I told them to check my cooling system and they said they did and charged me for it and the next day my motor blew because all the coolant drained out. I contacted them and they denied everything. They have the worst service department I have ever been to.
If you go there you will lose money, beware!!!!
If you take your car there you will lose more money then you think. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice, you have now been warned and watch out for the service advisor Anil and Manager Tom, they are in the scam together!!!

Terrible Service department, avoid this dealer at all cost or it will cost you some extra money, went in to get my air cond seviced on May 17, 2012, $600.00 later they said it was fixed, next day, air cond not working, went back to dealer they told me had a broken hose, wanted another $600 to fix it ! what a scam they should be ashamed, if I was the owner and manager of that business I would go bury my head in the sand, after I went to the bank and deposit all my ill gotten gains of course.
Good luck with your business, you will be out of customers at one point the way you treat them.
