I made appointment with Glenda to have my dog groomed on a Wednesday. I told her the dog was matted, she said okay (no mention of an extra charge).
I took the dog in on Friday morning, she looked at him said he is matted I said I told you that. Again no mention of an extra charge. They call me and say that my dog will be ready at 4:30 and again no mention of an extra charge. I go to pick him up and expect to pay what I normally pay when I take dogs in there which is in between 70 and $80 and then she announces to me that it's $175.00 and said that I should have known that it was going to be more because he was matted.
How am I to know that if there is no list of charges anywhere and she made no mention of it. Her daughter who also works for her said that this will teach me a lesson.
