Verified ReviewerInconsiderate for customers that get sick
I set up to return an item that was defective ,, ended up getting sick,, so I was unable to send back after their 15-day deadline. They did not care, just wanted to take my money and tough luck .
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Make sure to return your defective items quickly .
Just to nice...great selection--
- - Back-ordered pants; questions ordering painter's paints from Gleem.
- - Notes Lowes and Home Depot are cheap and everywhere.
I saw where some guy complained about back ordered pants--who orders painters paints from an online small company like Gleem to begin with? Lowes is cheap, so is Home Depot and they are everywhere.
Common sense is needed but the guy filled out a Pissed Customer thing simply because they were out. Gee, get those hard to find items from Gleem, buy your britches at a store nearby your house right? I usually get mine at the Good Will store because I am going to ruin them---right?
That Dude who ordered pants ain't no painter noway. Great Company, Awesome Service--do have a phone too.

Dishonest business practice
- - Charged $80 on my card for an order that was back-ordered.
- - Pants arrived 4 weeks later with no credit issued during the wait.
The company charged my credit card when I placed a $80.00 order then, a few days later, said the pants were back-ordered. They sent the pants 4 weeks later without crediting my card during that time or waiting till the pants were in to charge the card.
I was really steamed. Dishonest business practice.
I have to write at least 100 words in order to submit this review but, since I have said what I wished to say I am adding this so that my review will be published. I just checked...not enough words so I will tell you that I am happy the Red Sox won the series.
No help and bad attitude with defective product.
- - Melted intake tube for Wagner sprayer in 2 months.
- - The reviewer asked about normal use and adjustments.
- - M.Ross suggested ED655.
- - $700 ED655 sprayer.
I purchased a $50 intake tube for a Wagner sprayer, only to have it melt in half within 2 months. I asked several questions about if this is normal, can any adjustment be made, and what to use that won't melt.
M.Ross response was simply "they make ED655 that should work fine." When I called to clarify what he was talking about, he had an immediate bad attitude, then laughed at me when I asked if any adjustment could be made.
I found that ED655 was a $700 paint sprayer! Gleem might be big, but definately not better!
Avoid Gleem Paint .com unless you enjoy condescending abuse ( airless paint supplies )
- - Mike refused to give the seal location and dismissed stickers advice; no response for three weeks.
- - Found a Vegas airless distributor; it accepts cash.
"I can't believe, yet again I have to waste my time writing another letter to convey my disgust, to another company who cares nothing about sales, in a declining economy. I spoke with a mike with a list of part numbers in hand. In 5 minutes we didn't make it past the first part number with his refusal to answer the location of a seal three times and the free advice that new stickers won't make the system perform any better. I'm sure most callers aren't starting residential refinishing crews.. I am. I hope "mike" IS a supervisor as he twice verified he was, people get fired for less. I will now dedicate an hour in the coming days to find and write real reviews wherever possible unlike those obviously cherry picked on gleem's website."
I received no response in the following three weeks, so I found an airless distributor out of vegas who accepts my cash without the insults.

Paint or pants? And yeah...if you place an order...you gotta pay....regardless if it is back ordered.......its to keep you honest and from backing out and stiffing the business. But, They should have informed you about the back order and allowed you to select another.....if you so desired
