Poor customer service
I had used this for years, but after I went on holiday to Mexico, it seems they don't like my IP address as they keep putting my accounts under review for fraud. They won't answer any emails I send.
I have tried making new accounts, but the same thing happens, so it must be the IP.
It's really poor... or is it that they just don't want older women there?
