I ordered their red light treatment and was dissatisfied with the product for several reasons including difficulty in getting the product to adhere to my eyes. I attempted to return the product under their 90 day risk free offer as appeared in their ad.
They refused to accept back the product saying it only had a two week return period. I sent over a dozen emails and they kept refusing to accept back the product and never once mentioned the 90 day risk free offer as it appeared on their website.
Finally I file a dispute with my Chase on my VISA card and although GLEAMY challenged my dispute, I finally won and was given a full refund. I still offered to return the product provided i was supplied with a postage free label, but they never responded.
