The fact that Ive called repeatedly & cant get anyone on the phone when I call. Left messages to return my call, after 30-40 minutes of being on hold, it cuts me off & I ABSOLUTELY NEED to speak with someone about modifying my order before it ships!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Glassesshop honored their replacement policy quickly and fully. I'm very happy.
III need to return 2 pair of glasses. The prescription and fit are fine, they just don't suit my face.
I have 30 days to return the glasses. I need to contact GlassesShop in order for this to happen. However, they won't reply.
I also need an address to return the glasses, and I can't find one on the site. Nor will they answer my message requesting an address.

I have been on line almost all night waiting for you to tell me what I need to pay. Then after almost five hours the order comes up wrong glasses wrong size wrong color wrong measurements I am so sad and so upset.
I even did a try on too.
I wanted those glasses very badly or I would not have chosen them. I have a picture of the right glasses you have my whole order Irvine is the name and large is the size and champagne is the color quite a mistake

I get a email from GLASSESSHOP.COM, telling me my orders is on hold
because my prescription is larger than their product perimeters, And want me to change my lenses size from 1.50 which is what they offered me with the order from 1.50 to 1.61.
I gave permission for them to make the changes, But I don't really know what I'm doing, so I started calling and was placed on hold for hour after numerous calls, so I just sent them an email, telling them not to do anything with that order until I can talk to an agent ASAP, if I cant get any responce from them then I want a full refund.

So I my mom ordered glasses in September. Didn't receive the right prescription.
Sent them back. Sent another order in with a picture downloaded with ALL the information and SPOKE to them on the phone. Paid another $5 over the phone for the shipping charges. It is now FEBRUARY and still no glasses.
I called again. Was told they were coming from overseas and the CORONAVIRUS had a lot to do with the delay. Called again yesterday...they shipped out two days ago. Called again today I see where someone has sent over the order today.
SERIOUSLY!?! BUYER BEWARE!

Deceptive Advertising for "FIRST PAIR FREE" - RED FLAG
DO NOT BUY!!!
You will see them advertising "first pair free" on their website and via google search. They tell you to put the promo code in when you checkout. EXCEPT, only to realize NONE of the glasses you want are actually eligible for a "first pair free" and that the only "free pair" glasses are a very specific SKU code for the ugliest pair of glasses no one will actually want to wear.
Yet while you browse through the different frames, the text advertising the first pair DOES NOT state a SKU number. The SKU number is only shown on an image banner. But here's the joke... that pair isn't free either.
So anyways, even when you go to purchase the only pair of glasses that are eligible for the discount. It will still cost you $48 US because guess what? They split their pricing into two categories: LENS Cost, and Frame Cost.
So they will only remove the frame cost in that ONE specific pair of glasses, but you will still have to pay for the lens/prescription + a processing fee + shipping and handling which gives you a nice $48.75 in total.
I've provided screenshots below.
All in all, if a company is PURPOSELY falsely advertising and trying to pull one over you BEFORE you are even a customer, then once they have your money, they won't give a *** about providing you decent service. Hence all the negative reviews.

Horrible Company
I ordered a pair of glasses 7/9/2018 on 7/25/2018. Excitedly I opened the box only to see they were broken into two pieces.
They arrived in a flimsy small box. I immediately uploaded a picture and emailed customer service. The next day I called customer and they did not have record of the image. There has been no acknowledgement of the email processed on their site for a refund.
To my surprise I had to pay for the return shipping even though the item arrived broken. This company is a joke. The customer service is horrible. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I am still waiting for a return phone call.
I will never ever recommend or use this company again. They are a waste of time and a joke. Do not put yourself through the unnecessary stress.
You get what you pay for. I am still waiting for my refund...

Scam I feel!!!
I ordered prescription glasses over the Mother's Day weekend, and they wouldn't fill my order because of my very high astigmatism. They haven't refunded my money yet either!
They wanted to send me glasses that were single vision? Don't think I would be able to see very good!
They just didn't want to give me a good deal so I say f..k em!!?
Poor Service, Shipping and Customer Service
This company has been the worst service I have ever ordered from. It has been over 2 weeks and my order has not been shipped.
When I call customer the best answer they can give is that they are waiting for my glasses to arrive to their office, then be shipped to me. It sounds as if I am calling someone's home. The manager was completely apathetic. I was told to cancel an order that had not been shipped to me would charge at % restocking fee..for an item that has been completed or shipped.
The dates on when I should expect my glasses continues to move further out by business days each time I call. The absolute worst company to buy from

I have to admit that my shopping experience at GlassesShop.com is so good. The glasses I've received are quite good and they make me look so cool!
I bought my glasses when there was a campaign called 40% OFF Lenses which offered me quite affordable and wonderful lenses. Their customer service is impressive. They contacted me to confirm my prescription because they couldn't make sure of the script I attached. They are very careful and responsible.
It just takes me a few days to receive my glasses. The company is really a good choice!
I'd love to shop from them again in the future!

Ordered SV readers. Waited a month to get them.
Finally received them and they send me distance glasses! I am disabled, unemployed, and am waiting for disability and lost my bifocals (I already have a pair of distance glasses) so I thought this was a great alternative until I could get new bifocals. I cannot return them and they now want me to scan my prescription and send it to them.
I do not have the ability or equipment to do this and, frankly, do not see the point since I think I'm intelligent enough to know whether they're reading or distance glasses. Yes, they were inexpensive so I guess it's a matter of "getting what you pay for."

I was really hesitant about doing this. My glasses of 3 years recently broke and I decided to purchase a pair here after a friend told me about this site. The only prescription I had at home were my contacts prescription which I never wear. I entered it and ordered my glasses. It wasn't until after I ordered it and they shipped my glasses that I read that you shouldn't enter contact prescription. But it all worked out and these glasses are PERFECT! I'm already looking into buying a second pair.
PS: If you are the new customer, get your first pair FREE as well. All you have to do is enter "FIRSTFREE" at checkout(the glasses will free, include frame and lens).
Now, I have definitely recommended GlassesShop.com to friends, and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks for being awesome!

Same here. It's been over a month since I placed my order.
Not only have the glasses not been even manufactured, but they took the money out of my account the day after my order. They did not attempt to call or email me, but that woman I spoke with stated that they were trying to reach me to verify my Rx. BULL! I then told her I wanted a full refund, which they promised me TWO WEEKS ago...
and here we are, no glasses, no refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge from my bank!
