I'm very annoyed that I made a purchase on the 16th of November and had emails back and forth. Today, I spoke to customer service, and they told me that the frame I had chosen was out of stock after 17 days.

It was a very frustrating experience because I mentioned that I needed the glasses ASAP. I paid for an eye test somewhere else, so I could have used the prescription free of charge if I had bought the glasses there.

This situation is absolutely out of order and a waste of my time. I will never repeat this experience.
