AI Highlights
  • - Renewal promised 5 copies for early renewal.
  • - No copies arrived this year; only 1 after begging; price rose to $35.

I replied to an e-mail to renew my subscription to receive 5 copies if I renewed early. I have not been getting copies at all this year.

It took begging to get one copy this year. Most recent email from company has me to receive 3 copies. They also raised the rates from $25 to $35 which is a significant hike to not get ONE copy after repeatedly emailing them to send it. They lost the email when I said I did finally receive the 1 copy.

I give up. If they need to take $35 so badly they can keep it. I can't keep begging these people to mail the journals. I have sent them my address multiple times to confirm, my account number over and over, fluffed their fragile egos, I don't know what else I can do to get them to simply put the journal in the mail.

My mail is being scanned. I recently asked them about the time frame. They said to contact them in 10 days if I had not received it. Then they blasted me for not waiting longer to get it.

Ha. I mean what? I did what they told me to do and still I am the bad guy? I can't keep doing this.

I have an idea what I'd like to tell them to do with their $35. What a silver spoon club.
