This people have the worst costumer service, I made appointments to replace my windshield; The technician cane over and said I need two people for this windshield . He left And no one called back. After I called back they said they gave me a wrong estimate. The wanted to charge we twice as much as I had on the order set up with them. And when I said why is this. The man who I was speaking he said why you yelling and hang up The phone.

Technician wasted my entire day, never even replaced windshield

Technician Daniel called me all day telling me he was on his way. In hindsight, that was a red flag. I should have known then he had no intention of showing up. It had been raining, but cleared up, and the forecast read clear for the next 3 hours. He was probably lying about being almost to my house, bc he decided he just couldn't make it after I told him the extent of the damage. Daniel is too lazy for this job and needs a truck driving one where he can sit on his lazy *** all day. Worthless waste of my time!

Same thing happened to me. After they finally did replace the glass, it was the wrong glass - another appointment.

Then they got the right glass, but my GPS didn't work for 4 months, and the trim lifted. Then they came to replace the trim and installed the wrong color. Then when it was finally replaced and fine, 5 months later the trim lifted again, and here I am waiting... They won't even come to my new address because it is outside their service area.

I have to go meet them.

And I am waiting for an ETA so I can go meet them. I am so angry, I could sue!
