Order update missing item

Received item today but its the wrong size. Returning the item. Will reorder. For some reason Glarry couldnt find the order but they apparently use a third party service called FastBuy. You. Annoy call them as the number is inactive. It can only email their support team. It became frustrating not to see my order on their site.

User's recommendation: Be aware of how to engage Glarry for customer service.
