They never sent my items
I ordered from their website 9-17-2018 and they never sent anything as of 10-27-2018. I had to claim back $150.00 on my credit card.
I tried every avenue to get them to send the items I contacted by email in excess of 6 times. I tried their telephone it is not in service. Customer Service on their website is the same one I had already been contacting and getting no reply. Finally I found them on facebook and commented there about the email and telephone number no reply.
Then I found the amazon seller account and emailed it. I got a reply Allie Vayner the president of Glamouresq answered me and gave me a cell number to text. She promised faithfully she would look into it and then never answered another text I sent. I gave every opportunity for them to come through and finally after a month and a half I had to give up.
I suspect this is a one man show as the business address when google earthed shows a regular house. It is telling that when I threatened her Amazon seller account I got a response.
My intent is to report her to Amazon also as a fraudulent seller. Beware they also sell on Tophatter I am told.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I bought a three row of bling necklace. There is three balls, one on each strand.
You can see rows of glue where they glued the stones. It looks pretty from afar, but when you look close at the balls, you see the glue all between the stones....Never WILL BUY ANOTHER THING....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I only paid $1.00 on Tophhater but $6.00 postage....I have removed Tophatter from my FB page and any emails.. These online auctions are a rip off.
Most of the stuff comes from China and if you want to return the item the cost is so high it is not worth returning. Have sent every thing to the Goodwill store in my area
I sent back my garnet ring that was damaged
I've never recieved my refund or nothing. Ring was damaged when i recieved it.
I sent it back as instructed been waiting forever for a response still nothing. This company got paid, now have my ring and I've got nothing.
I feel like ive been scammed and robbed. Please help.

this looks like tin foil *** wrapped around it lmao. Fake gemstones. Really? I took mine to a jeweler and was told its all fake.
They said anyone can put stamped 925 on them but it doesnt mean theyre real. Besides this site is from shopify...
anyone can make a page. But maybe if everyone got together and spoke up they would stop ripping people off!

I received my first orders from this company today. One was a beautiful tennis bracelet but gold plate.
All of my jewelry is silver.....WHY all of a sudden i choose gold?? By the way, no invoice or paperwork of any kind included. The other item that came was a pr. of teeny silver colored hoops.
These look like something for an infant! I have long hair and am known for my crazy, big,long, dangling earrings. Sounds like something i would order, hunh? Since they don't include ANY return info.
I guess i will dig around on the website and at worse, i'll call my bank and cancel payment.
I will never use this company again and i hope you dont get burned too!. Dusty StJohn.

They sell fake jewelry. Their items would not even qualify as plated, and yet they alege their items are gold filled.
Total junk items that are tarnished and turn to copper after one time wearing. No customer service at all.
Will be contacting the DA, state police etc in Bucks countu PA. Hopefully these scamers will spendbsome time in prison...You ripped of the wrong person this time...

They sell *** The "customer services" are pretty much *** The goods are cheap *** They either fall apart or dont even work at all. You might as well take a wad of cash and set fire to it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

My bracelet latch did not fit together. I went to the link on the instructions for questions that was on the bottom of my receipt inside the package.
They did not ask for a photo, but the option was there to upload one. I simply said the latch would not go together as the bar end was too big to fit into the loop end. I was very surprised to have received a replacement bracelet 2 days later no questions asked. The bracelet is as seen on line and very pretty.
It is bigger than I expected. The quality of the piece is great.

I just received my sapphire bracelet today.. It looked nice until I went to put it on...you need pliers( didn't use them) to close the clasp its so tight and then it doesn't even close all the way. Not going to even bother wearing it because it'll probably fall off.

Bought a beautiful blue topaz ring. Description said the ring was gold-plated 8X.
After wearing approx. 2 wks., it was wearing down to what looked like cheap copper.
I paid a ridiculously low price for it, so I should expect nothing more. I couldn't imagine 8X gold layered wearing so fast - I just think they shouldn't make claims that aren't true!

If your purchase was made on Tophatter, please confirm that the order came from Glamouresq. Tophatter has 1000s of other seller who we cannot speak for.
We are a veteran seller on Tophatter since 2013. 2 years ago, Tophatter.com changed their site to have all listings uniformed to appear exactly a like.
This has caused many customers to think that the items are all coming from the same company which is absolutely not the situation. 8/10 times we get contacted with an issue on items purchased from Tophatter.com, the item(s) they receive end up being an item that was purchased from another seller, not Glamouresq. I've had a lot of things refunded because it didn't reach a price they wanted(that's what i think) and the items I have bought and actually received are absolutely unless and/or don't work. Fuming doesn't even cover it.
I hope they get put away for a few years.
