Hair network.com -- Does not answer emails or deliver services as promised.

I was a pretty pleased customer of The Hair Network until last summer. I thought I was the only one who didn't receive the service promised until just a few minutes ago when reading the blogs on this site.

I bought 3 full lace units from this company and was rather pleased with the quality and delivery time. One day I decided to order another unit and asked a few questions about it. Cathy told me what the price of the unit would be and I decided to order it. Then, no more emails, no more answers, no more contact.

It's like she just dropped off the face of the earth! After 10 emails, I finally sent her an email telling her that if she was no longer in business to please let me know so I could stop emailing, but as of this date hasn't heard anything. What kind of professionalism is that?!? Now, I'm scared to even TRY to order anything from this company.

I've been looking for another who can service my hair needs. What's going on here? Does anyone know??? I can understand if she is no longer in service, but to just drop a customer without any type of response kinda let me know that my business wasn't really appreciated to start with.

I know some others have been scammed and I can say I'm glad I didn't lose money with her in this instance, but I'm glad to finally find out Cathy isn't the responsible vendor I thought her to be. Glad I found out in time!!!

Wow I have no horror story regarding Cathy M Nedd, but have found that she is currently being sued cause of action Conversion Diversity case no 2:2012cv12703 Michigan East case First Student Inc vs Cathy M Nedd. She certainly does get around.

i wanna return my wig that i order from glamourlace wigs that wig is *** and my mother inlaw pay alot of money for it they dont answer there phone and you have to wait for days before they reply to an email so friggin sad!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CATHY NEDD OR THE HAIR NETWORK!!!!

Do not buy anything from Cathy Nedd she is a thief and a liar!!! I purchased 2 lace wigs from her worth $700 and I still havent recieved my goods!!

It has be 3months since I ordered the unit and after a number of attempts of contacting her she has ignored my calls and emails!!! All you have to do is google her name and a list of complaints will come up about her!

I wish that I had only googled her name and company before I purchased goods from her. She has stolen hundreds of dollars from alot of people!!!!

full lace wigs, but something has gone wrong

with this company, after many many calls

i did get my unit, but it was scary, how

Dream Lace Wigs did me the same way. Dream lace wigs is a scam and the worst nightmare i had..... they also go by best lace wigs...

They changed the W to vv (2 v's) and stole my money by using another name after placing several orders from the..

This is absolutely true. I bought a lace unit from Cathy Nedd and after numerous attempts still have not received it.

After talking on the phone with her and many emails, she promised that she would send another.

Still nothing. She owes me $500.

I too was duped by Cathy Nedd. I ordered a $500 unit from her and never got it.

Once I reached her by phone she pretended like it was all a big misunderstanding. As a make good, she promised to send me another unit and never did.

Shame..because she had a good product. Will never do business with her again.

Horrible service, be cautious.. I used Paypal since it was advertised I would receive an instant $10 rebate for using Paypal.

Needless to say, I received my "in stock" wig 1 month later and still have not received my $10 paypal rebate. It is now 4 months later. I had contacted Cathy numerous times about my wig. I was constantly lied to that it was in the mail and should be there in 2 days.

I was given invalid tracking numbers.

Each time I call about my $10 rebate, Cathy takes down my info, and I never receive my rebate. BEWARE- EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

These types of shady business practices shouldn't be allowed! I can completely relate to all this, and say that there are alot of people in our boat!

The quality of the hair is good, if you ever recieve it! I have been waiting 2 months for a customed order, and when I try and contact Ms. Nedd, she never picks up any of my calls. Texts.

Sends me 2 emails saying that my order will be there by the end of the week. Nothing. It's amazing how despicable her business practices are. A web based business like hers replies on good rapport with her satisfied customers, but all the complaints I've abt her will totally ruin it!

The power of the consumer voice is load over the internet Ms. Nedd, and your business is crumbling!

Hair Network Ripp-Off

I paid for in full for a custom wig from The Hair Network, Glamourlace wigs. The owner, Cathy Nedd, assisted me in placing my order.I paid in full on 11/2009.

She stated because my wig was a custom order it will take over 45 days to be completed.

I have still NOT received a wig after 4 months and Cathy Nedd laughs and hangs up on me anytime I call.The owner is cunning by telling her customers to wait for custom orders which happen to fall past any Paypal or credit card dispute times. This is fraud!

Kiera Turner says that these reports are nothing but lies. Well, I am a new customer to the Hair Network or should I say, I would have been a new customer.

I have been trying for more than a month to make a purchase through PayPal, but every time I get an error that PayPal does not recognize the Seller's email address.

I have called Cathy Nedd twice and email her with no response. So as a new customer, what am I to think?

I never received my wig either and Cathy won't give me a refund. This company is hit or miss.

Sometimes they do send a wig and sometimes they don't. I won't be fooled by them again and my friend who did get her wig from The Hair Network/ Glamourlace Wigs, got a cheap lace wig that I wouldn't even let my dog wear!

It always amazes me how people get on these boards and tell lies a seller in hopes that no one else will buy from them. The Hair Network has been in business longer than most of these businesses online and they have thousands of customers that have received excellent service. I know because I am one of them.

It's unfortunate that sites like this allow people to say anything they want to say with no proof of their allegations.

The Hair Network is the manufacturer of Glamourlace Wigs. Their wigs are made from REAL indian hair, unlike most of these businesses. I have never had a problem.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I agree with u Kiera, I've been a customer since 2008 when she had a shop in Michigan. I've never had any problems getting my wigs!

She was a great rep of her company and very knowledgable about her products! I'm 1 satisfied customer

I totally agree with you that Glamor Lace Wigs aka Hairnetwork.com constitutes shady business. Horrible service, be cautious....

I had heard nothing but wonderful things about Hairnetwork, so I decided to order a wig from them.
