Poor quality flower delivery
- - Flowers arrived wilted with weeds instead of florist greens.
- - Replacement promised on 4/21 for the next day but never delivered or contacted.
i received a flower delivery on 4/19. they were wilted and filled with weeds not florist greens.
i called 4/21 for a replacement. i was told i would receive it the next day. never hard from them.
he sender called them as well, and was promised a delivery. its 4/24 and i have still not received my replacement.
i called they had no info. the manger who could barley speak english said he would call
who does the delivery.
they are some kind of sub contractor who does not check order records.
they also asked for a gate code to a gated community very suspious
Glamour Flowers is a scam!
- - Flowers wilted before the wedding; colors were off.
- - Two bridesmaid bouquets had uneven counts.
- - They did not respond and said the order was perfect.
We trusted Glamour Flowers Corp. (in West Palm Beach, FL, on Okeechobee Blvd.) to deliver us beautiful flowers on our wedding day.
So imagine our shock when we opened the flower box just before our wedding and saw our beautiful flowers already starting to wilt! They were turning brown and green at the tips and looked awful.
Also, the colors we wanted were not correct..and 2 of the bridesmaid's bouquets had more flowers in them than the other 5! They refused to talk to us or answer our phone calls and told us in an email that our order was "perfect." We were completely ripped off!!
