I recently bought a lipstick from the Saw collection, but the lipstick came empty; there's the plastic, but it has nothing insideno shine, no color, nothing.

Need the tracking number for the merchandise I paid for and one is it coming?

Hi there, this is Nata and I am going to share all the details of my experience: I ordered on November 27th/2024 (Black Friday) this product on Glamlite: Strawberry Shortcake x Glamlite PR Box Full Collection × 1.
Glamlite sent to me an email on December 6th/2024 saying that my order was on the way, with the Global-e tracking number included. But when I checked on DHL this was the status: "Your shipment label has been generated but your shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL" .

That meant that Glamlite generated the shipment label but didn't delivered the package to DHL. I cheked every week for more than 1 month and the status on DHL never changed. So, I wrote an email to Glamlite on January 8th/2025 asking for a refund or for the product, but they never answer anithyng. So, I decided to create an account at PISSED CONSUMER asking for help with this problem with Glamlite and this was the best choice I made.

After 2 hours of writing my message to Glamlite through Pissed Consumer, glamlite sent to me an email apologizing for not getting my order and asking me if I would like a refund or a replacement. So, I decided to ask for a refund because I wanted to close this issue as soon as posible. And yes, Glamlite gave me the refund.

Thank You so Much for the help I received here in Pissed Consumer, I happily recommend it to consumers that need help solving this kind of issues with companies. Thank you so much to The PissedConsumer Team for your help and support.

My order hasn't shipped and has no updates this is so upsetting all it says that a label has been created since December 3rd but no updates at all this is a Christmas gift and the order was done since November 29
