They offer me to recover over payments, but I ended loosing more.
I made an Amendment, and we ended up losing a lot more, for blacksmiths they had to make it 2 times, they asked me to pay more to the IRS promising to recover thousands, but I lost more. Proposed unnecessary change of incorporation to charge more. They inflated numbers so much that it was rejected, and they never told us that it didn't work, they told me to wait without caring that the interest kept going up until I discovered it after 2 years. They even lost documents.
User's recommendation: Don’t lose money. They were not honest, very average, abusive and rude in their own way, knowing that I would have never gone with them.
