Big stealers!! Don't ever trade-in your device in Gizmogul
I sent my Samsung Galaxy S6 32GB phone absolutely flawless. I even send in the original box, user manual and original packing material. In addition, I bubble-wrapped the original package and shipped on a small box. A week elapsed and I called them to check how's it going. They gave me an answer saying, "shipment arrived, but there wasn't any device". This took me to surprise. I even confirmed with the FedEx shipment to see if the box was tampered. FedEx shipped perfectly well. GizMogul wanted me to file a claim with FedEx. Absolutely ruthless company. Don't ever trade-in your devices in GizMogul.

Gave false estimate
Was completely honest about my Iphone 5S...did not power on, water damage. Gizmogul gave estimate of $167.00 - $177.00. Sent phone in and I received email stating the phone did not fall under the description I chose because "phone does not power on, phone has water damage." I would only receive $25.00 for my phone. I declined the offer and now I am waiting to get the phone back. I checked out the website again just to make sure I read it right. Sure enough the same estimate came up again when I selected "broken", "does not power on", "Water damage".

I put my iPhone in their pink envelope put it in the mailbox-mailman pick it up, i called to see what's going on with my check they say they can't find the shipment. i think Gizmogul Company is a Big Rip-off.!!!!!! how can they say they lost a shipment.? they just say that so they can stay with other stuff and don't have to pay us the money we was told they was going to give us. i think they love to steal our money so they can get rich off our stuff. nice way to get rich i guess.

Sent in tablet expecting "guaranteed" pricing. Was then told "no value"
I sent in a kindle fire which I accurately described as "broken, won't power on". I was given a guaranteed price of $4-$14. I sent in the device and after they received it they deemed that it had no value. However, if you go the site today and say that you have a broken kindle fire you will still be quoted $4-$14. Beware of this company. It is a total scam. Stay far, far away! There are many other sites that will give you money for your devices that are much more trustworthy and reliable. Choose one of those!

Misled and ripped off
I sent this company three phones and had the same exact thing happen. They claimed my phones had no value and when I asked for them back they said they destroyed my property. I guess I should be thrilled because they have donated money to a charity from my phones that have no value, I can't help but wonder how do you give nothing from nothing it must be a miracle. If anyone is thinking about sending Gizmogul or( CJ Environmental) don't you will never see a penny. If this entry can keep just one person from being stolen from then this is worth it.

Scammed out of two cell phones
A company called Gizmogul.com aka CJ Enviromental advertises on their website that they the most money for used cell phones. I received a prepaid envelope from them and put two phones in the package and sent them. I waited a week and then checked to see if they had gotten my phones and they said they had not received them yet.I waited another week and they told me they were evaluating my phones, finally after almost a month I get an email from them telling me that my phones had no value and they had destroyed my phones and couldn't get them back. If you type Gizmogul complaints using Google you will find at least six other people with the exact same story

Yes. They lied.
They stated that they take phones in any conditions even in working ines and will pay you.
They returned all three of my phones and paid me nothing. They are so so wrong.
