Question about a charge that isn't mine

I was on the phone for 20 minutes holding and no one answered

I had a charge on my American Express that isnt mine and I dont have a receipt

It was on 5-14 for $1067.36

However I did have a charge also for

$1030.00 which is mine and I have a receipt that was invoiced 5-24-23
