This is the worst law firm I have ever heard of. After many attempts to contact them to get some needed information, my fiance finally gets a call back from someone yelling at him for contacting the law firm so many times.

He had a deadline to provide some documents and was in desperate need to get some information, otherwise the judge had threated him with jail time. The documents were not even reviewed and my fiance had to settle for whatever his ex wife was claiming.To no

This is based off my experience and is based off my experience and this is does not mean this will or could happen to others. I had barley any contact from our attorney , I had to reach out to them as they went months with out contacting me at a time.

They dragged out the case and made me feel forced to mediate then settle on a extremely low amount because he did not want to put any effort to fight for me or go to court and I regretfully took the pressure and settled for a small amount and was told I get NOTHING $0 of that amount . My attorney said that after paying the bills of this case we get nothing !!! ZERO !!!! .

I feel like they took advantage of me and I feel scammed. Again, this is in my opinion Of my experience

Please disregard this persons post because I have used Attorney Sparks for my family law cases and have had only the best outcome. Robert Sparks is the best attorney and I am blessed to have had him as my attorney.

I was a stay at home mom with 2 children and didn't not know how I was going to make it through this difficult time. He will work hard for you and listen to your needs. His knowledge about family law is superior. His staff gets back to you promptly and very professional.

Robert Sparks is a sorry excuse for an attorney. He was fired immediately after our first hearing.

At this hearing he cost me lots of precious time with my child due to his lack of concern for the importance of the custody case I entrusted him with. His response was always late and in confirmed cases, ill informed. The only thing that came on time was the horrendous bill from his firms partner Stan Givens. I spoke with Mr.

Given's to let him know of my displeasure and he could not be bothered with my complaint or my suggestions as to what might be done to correct the problems I had put fourth in great detail. At this point I was forced to change firms (also at great expense.) Main issues were lack of knowledge (bad legal advice), poor communication and over charging for their services.I would not recommend him or his partner Stan Givens for any legal work.

I retained this firm and their attorney Robert Sparks to help me in a child custody case. I specifically asked this young attorney if he was confident he could handle the case as it was already complex and the positive outcome was literally the most important thing in the world to me.

He answered that he could so we proceeded until the first hearing.

He failed so miserably at that first hearing that I fired him immediately after it was over. He was inept, unprepared, and provided incorrect legal advice that cost me the loss of valuable time with my child as well as $12,000 for doing absolutely nothing to further my case.
