I have contacted giti online customer service about my store credit multiple times but still did not give me the credit . The order number is 822849. Please i need mu store credit.
Resolved: No package or delivery date. There is no reason for delay.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Item was received late but the item was everything that I expected and more. No further issues and I will order again
Horrible and I need someone to return my money and cancel that undelivered package...no tracking update after 8 days...Horrible

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They provided new shipping info.
I returned this package in late August for an exchange and still haven't received the items, nor a response to my seven emails.

I'm going on a cruise next Saturday and I came across your website and fell in love with 2 dresses. I wanted to make sure I have them before my trip.
I looked up your shipping and to my BEST knowledge, I read orders before 1:00 pm will be processed on the same day. I went back on the website and search 3-5 processing time and I didn't see NONE. I just told my friend about your website. Looks like I will be telling her to don't bother.

I order on June 28/2023 Party seeker dress size M. Color K green order #844892 it was delivered by UPS but the carrier didn't deliver my order.
But was said it was delivered, never.
I checked in the mailbox and all over where mail should be delivered can nowhere to be found. I want you guys to pls check with UPS and see who delivered my order, cus I will let this go just like that.
