Dato il feedback dei clienti estremamente positivo, trovo la discrepanza con la vostra esperienza preoccupante. Per oltre due mesi, ho cercato di ricevere un ordine di stivale alla caviglia, e dopo un mese di richieste, ho ricevuto un'email di Evri che indicava la consegna, accompagnata da una fotografia di una generica porta verde.

Questa foto, facilmente replicabile ovunque, è stata presentata come prova della consegna alla mia residenza.

La mia preoccupazione è la mancanza di prove fotografiche del luogo effettivo di consegna.

Nonostante due mesi di comunicazione avanti e indietro, inclusa una recente conversazione con Dayana, il caso è stato inspiegabilmente chiuso e l'accesso a un manager è stato negato.

Il mio avvocato è impegnato sia in Italia che a Londra e saranno intraprese ulteriori azioni. Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare questa azienda a causa della significativa perdita di tempo, denaro e impegno.

Given the overwhelmingly positive customer feedback, I find the discrepancy with your experience concerning. For over two months, I have been attempting to receive an ankle boot order, and after a month of inquiries, I received an Evri email stating delivery, accompanied by a photograph of a generic green door.

This photo, easily replicated anywhere, was presented as evidence of delivery to my residence. My concern is the lack of photographic evidence of the actual delivery location. Despite two months of back-and-forth communication, including a recent conversation with Dayana, the case has been inexplicably closed, and access to a manager has been denied.

Legal counsel in both Italy and London has been engaged, and further action will be taken. I strongly advise against using this company due to the significant loss of time, money, and effort involved.
