Girl Charlee Shipping Service Review from Bellflower, California

Had really bad experience with girlcharlees customer service. My first and only order from them never arrived and I'm supposed to just be like oh well? Subject: Is this the extent of your customer service? Hi Rachel,  I'm disappointed that girlcharlee has offered no compensation for my loss and that I have had to stress over liability policy. UPS says its your fault "your shippers policy is to leave it at the door,contact them", girlcharlee whom you represent insinuate its UPS fault (or worse mine). Being passed back and forth over an issue that is not my fault is not what I paid for.  Pregnant lady wanting to make dresses should not have to worry so much about the $80 worth of products purchased and not recieved. This has all been really awful. Bitter for weeks, still have nothing to wear, waste of money, losing customers seems to be girlcharlees clear policy on this matter,  pissed customer
