- - Reapplying shows error pages and no reply; account had 621 million views.
12 days after my last update.I've put support tickets on their page, asked friends to ask for my account to be reactivated, and sent new support requests.If I reply over a support ticket, that'd be a follow up but instead I get new ticket numbers, so they are willingly trashing everything.
I've got no response after more than a month. I just emailed them again today Dec.
10th. 2023.
I just got an automated email saying which my trouble ticket number is. Now I need them to resolve this.
It's been several days since I put my story here in Pissed Consumer. No reply at all.
But the weird thing is that I've emailed them from my email again and from another email and I got no reply at all from them.In previous tickets they took like 5-7 days to reply but now it's been more than a month.My account with more than 621 Million views is deactivated and I suspect that someone there just decided "let's *** this guy up" and that's it. There's no way they cannot be responding to my tickets.
My account had over 621 Million views and all I upload are pixelart animation.
I've written again to see if this time they read my petition.
