Shoe heal came apart at a funeral I was embarrassed .but everyone laughed so did I. I just want the heel put back on the shoes snake skin genuine snake..

they are good perfect shoes.

I was referred to customer service by the store, however, Customer service did not answer. Additionally, the chat line directed me to a Free Trial to get technical support .

Bought these shoes 14 months ago and they are cracking already. Cant seem to get anyone at Giorgio Brutini. I suggest not buying these boots

Located customer service phone number and got no answer after many attempts, don't know if the company is still in business or not..

The phone number was only beeping no voice on the receiving end. I wore my shoe just the first time since I bought and the sole and heel separated from the body of the shoe.

I have not received a number to call them, if you can help please send me their phone number.I am looking for their telephone number to contact them for their defected shoe.

On the size off my shoes this thin material is coming apart the shoes is still Brand new this issue had not allow me to wear the shoes. I wish that someone can help me out With this problem.

Purchased this model, Vick DK natural, at Steinmart department store in Cupertino, CA back in May of '18 and wore it five or six times until it literally fell apart in October. Just never had time to write a review (I'm running a transportation company) but have had it on my mind as I believe that $70 shoes should serve a little longer than that.

From attached photos you can see that the shoes were hardly worn.

I'll write directly to the company in order to either seek for some form of monetary reimbursement, whether it's a check or store credit, or possible replacement. It's been a while though and I'm afraid I won't find the original receipt but I'll take my chances anyway.

As to a prior conversation with one of your representatives concerning my complaint, I mailed a certified envelope with pictures of recently purchased Brutini shoes,which I never received conformation. As a buyer of Brutini's for decades, I am appalled at the quality, new shoes that I ordered had the soles and heels falling off plus other problems which were noted and included with my photos.Your organization never offered a courtesy response and your " Terms of Service" inclusion appears to discourage complaints.

I'm looking at Giorgio Brutini Men's 66014 Boot in tan on Amazon.com but they don't have it in my size.

Do you have this boot in size 10W at your warehouse?

If you do could I please order them from you?

I have ordered the black boots from Amazon.com I really like them and would like the tan boots if you have them.

I have no complaints with Giorgio Brutini Company or with Amazon.com, I'm just trying to find out if you folks can get me the tan boots.
