Lousy contact information.
Good morning,
I contacted you some time ago, and you indicated that the disappearance of your 'gluten free' pasty would be temporary. So where is it?
If it's coming back, less 'crust,' please. Also, for your information, many people who are gluten intolerant are also lactose intolerant as well.

Ginsters Cornish Pasty
- - Bought two Tesco pasties in Enniskillen.
- - Meat had grisly pieces and little filling; potatoes and swede were tiny.
- - Ginsters were good quality.
Purchased 2 pasties from my local Tesco's Enniskillen,
Found meat had grisly pieces, hardly any filling Potato and Swede were cut into thin minute squares, smaller than a postage stamp. Ginsters were good quality, obviously cutting back with cheaper ingredients and size of pasty, and increase the price
Preferred solution: Just make Ginsters the Company aware of the problem

Waste of time
I will not be using Ginsters products again all because couldnt be bothered to contact customer I have kept the evidence

- - Hunters chicken pasties from Tesco Rotherham were not sealed and may be underfilled.
- - The chicken and mushroom pasty was fine.
Not very good , they made excuses and then ghosted me , I told them I wasn't happy then another lady emailed me and hopefully we have some solution
I bought 2 Hunters chicken pasties from Tesco Rotherham and not only were they both not sealed again but I think someone forgot the filling too. Not good at all.
I also bought a chicken and mushroom pasty at same time and that was fine. I have photos of required
Today 18:00 hrs i was choking
- - Pasty had clumps of black pepper, causing choking.
- - Elderly mother overwhelmed by pepper; backslaps needed; child could be overwhelmed; photos exist.
As i was about to sit down and to Ginsters Beef pasty, i started to choke on the contents of the Pasty,on opening it discovered that there
are clumps of black pepper corns,which why i was overcome my Elderly Mother, was overcome also with an overpowering strength of the pepper contents my friend had to performed backslaps ,as i couldn't catch my breath ,My mother's Pasty was overloaded with black pepper corrn's Also,my concern is if a young child had eaten this it would or could be overwhelming for them,i have Got pictures of the packaging, Barcode,Aswell as the offending Pasty.

I have read other complaints and it seems you don't take heed of them. My advice is, don't buy Ginsters products and I will keep watching for your reply but don't hold too much hope.

Awful Complaint
- - Two sausage rolls and pasties bought at a service station on our trip to West Sussex.
- - They were the worst we’ve had; I have a delicate stomach.
We purchased two of the sausage rolls on our journey to West Sussex today from the service station.
Both in date of best before.
I am sorry to say that these were the worse we have ever had and unlikely to purchase again along with the pasties also have been disappointing .
I just needed to contact you as I have a delicate stomach and now I have a problem.
