I needed a new ignition for my 1992 Toyota pickup truck I called Gino's auto wreckers on Portola Drive in Santa Cruz, he said he had a ignition and would pull it out of the truck and have it for me the next day, I went there the next day and he had not pulled it out yet, two days later I went back he charged me $85 for the ignition, on the phone he said he would give it to me for $65, when he handed me the ignition it had the key in it. I tried to turn the key and it barely would turn it was messed up, he was not there at this time but his so-called mechanic was.

the guy told me just go home and put some oil in it and it will be fine, I did as he told me but still would not work, when you would turn ignition to start it would stick and starter would stay on you have to manually turn the key back, I went back a day later and let the owner try it, he did not want to replace it and give me another one he tried to say that I messed it up. his so-called mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the ignition when I purchased it. I looked his mechanic right in the face and said are you really going to stand and lie to your boss right in front of me you know it was messed up. then he said yes boss it was a little sticky, so his boss did give me another ignition, then his boss asked me to spend three dollars and go make the key because he still had the locks for the doors, I said why don't I just buy the locks to, went back to get the locks and he would not give me the lock for the gas Flap door.

he tried to charge me another $35 just for that one little lock, so now I still have the same problem I have to use one key the lock on the gas door, and another key for the ignition.

if he was honest he would've told me he wanted 35 more dollars for the gas door on outside the truck. the guy is a complete and total crook and is mechanic is a complete liar don't trust him, warning
